The links below point to zip files that contain shape files organized by theme for the entire state of Tennessee. The shape files were extracted from 2006 First Edition TIGER/Line Files. Some of the zip archives will contain shapes for the current (2006) area definitions, the Census 2000 area definitions, and the Economic Census definitions. For example, the county zip file contains shapes named ctycu.shp (the current definition), cty00.shp (the Census 2000 definition), and ctyec.shp (the Economic Census definition). The Congressional District archive contains shapes for the 106th, 108th, and current (109th) congressional districts.
